Animal Tours – Ideal tour for daycare and preschool aged children(ages 3-6) but older groups can still enjoy it. Teachers and chaperones will receive a map of the farm and educational animal info cards to help teach and guide the group. Tour will include a trip through our soybean maze. Students will receive a Pumpkin, a packet of animal feed, Donut, and Cider that you may take back to school or enjoy here at the farm. (2 hours)

Educational Scavenger Hunt – Great for students K – 7th grade. Teachers will receive a packet at check-in with several copies of our scavenger hunt. Students will break up (with chaperone) and find clues to get them to several educational flip boards. Students will learn the Pumpkin life cycle. Fun facts about our animals. Historical information about Johnson’s Pumpkin Farm. Students will receive a pumpkin, a packet of animal feed, donut and cider. You may enjoy your donut and cider here at the farm or take it back to school. (2 hours)

Corn Maze Tour – Great for middle school and high school students. Teachers will receive a map of the farm and maze maps for students. Students should break up into groups of 5 with a chaperone. The maze itself will take approx 30-45 minutes and then there will be time to wander the grounds and visit the animals. Each student will receive a donut and cider that you can enjoy at the farm or back at school later.

All tours are self- guided and teachers will be provided an information packet and map at check in.  We will have plenty of staff inside and outside to make your visit to the farm smooth. The change to self guided tours will allow much more flexible scheduling. As always our craft store and concession are open 9am-7pm.

Booking this year will be done online only. We will no longer book tours over the phone; however please call the farm for help and questions during the booking process. We will no longer accept payment by cash or invoice. Payment will be credit card only on the day of the tour.

Cost for the tour is $7 per student. Teachers, parents and chaperones are free, but will not receive donuts, cider, pumpkin etc.
